OnPersentDone event is not working on filestream while uploading/downloading file to Dropbox in C#

Hi,

I am currently uploading/dowloading file to Dropbox using chilkat in c#. But, I want to get percentDone while uploading/downloading. OnPercentDone event handler, is not working.
