is the chilkatservice.dll still being updated/published for VB6.0

I have an older program written in VB 6.0 that needs updating and it makes use of the chilkatservice.dll I attempted to use dim cksvc as new ..... but chilkatservice, ckservice do not show up in the intellisense.
